terthanthedatestipulatedintheaforesaidparagraph,PartyBshallbeentitledtorequireextendingthetermoftheContract,andbothpartiesshallsigntoconfirmandputonrecordsatthecontractregistrationauthority.Article8Duringthedeliveryoftheleasedrealestate,bothpartiesshallconfirmtheconditionsoftheleasedrealestateandits

attachedfacilitiesandproperties,andclearlylistitasasupplementintheappendix.Article9Whiledeliveringtheleasedrealestate,PartyAshallbeentitledtodemandfromPartyBasumofdepositequivalenttoonemonthsrent,i.e.RMB33,000(saythirty-threethousandYuanonly)PartyAshallissueareceiptuponreceivingthedepositfromPartyB.
